When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.
Are Trixie Cosmetics products cruelty-free?
Yes! We are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we ensure our suppliers adhere to the same ethical standards.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to many countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees, taxes, or duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment center. Because of this, we are generally unable to modify or cancel orders. Please double-check your shipping address and cart items before finalizing your purchase.
